Jordan our server was excellent checking with the chef with my allergy card. What a pleasant young lady! My husband enjoyed the veal tortellini and I had delicious lasagna made with crepes. Light and tasty. Even their decaf coffee was perfect. The place is noisy but worth eating there.

Food and service we very good! Wine list was a bit of a disappointment (they had yellow tail as a wine!) that being said the food made up for the mediocre wine choices.

Love this place! The food is outstanding, as is the service. Very nice ambiance as well. It was only several months ago that I discovered this gem, but I am so glad that it did! Give it a try; I don't think you will be disappointed in any way,

I first ate here when it was the Willistown grill, a perfectly fine restaurant and my introduction to a pharmaceutical expense account. At some point it became San Nicola with a renovation that creates an Italian trattoria complete with a fountain and a beautiful mural of Saint Nick. It is a Mainline favorite. Consistent menu, pasta under $20 and great service. Best crab bisque. Too rich for my peasant constitution. On probably our 100th visit partner had the chicken cannelloni, his favorite and me with a salad and salmon. He had a beer. Bill just broke $40. Nice rolls with evoo and parm are a bonus. Never disappointed!

Absolutely love this place! Highly recommend. Great ambiance, but not great acoustics, it can get very loud. Beautiful rustic decor. You need a reservation otherwise you'll end up waiting a while for a table. It's gets packed for HH at the bar. The manager is phenomenal!! He busts his butt working, running food, helping his staff, and checking in with customers. He knows everyone and remembers everyone who comes in. The wine prices are insanely affordable for good quality options. Each table gets fresh hot rolls with pure olive oil. Caesar salad- crispy romaine. Creamy dressing with parm and good anchovie paste flavor. Great starter. Bruschetta is good. Lots of garlic but good flavor and the capers are a perfect addition for a hint of saltiness. Bread is a good crispy crunch but still soft in the middle. Gamberetti- creamy but not over the top. Pasta is perfectly cooked. The sauce pairs well with shrimp and you can really taste the brandy. Tortellini- it's homemade and tender. Good ratio of pasta and filling. Sweetish meat sauce.
